Contact Us - While scanning appointment letter / UG / PG / PHD / Other certificates of faculty, name of the file may be as under so that one can relate files with faculty name., e.g.,
- FirstnameLastnameUG.pdf / FirstnameLastnamePG.pdf / FirstnameLastnamePHD.pdf / FirstnameLastnameOTHR.pdf / FirstnameLastnameAPPL.pdf
- For biometric information regarding faculty, use biometric scanner and upload scanned image. Name of the file may be like FirstnameLastnameBIOM.jpg.(A thumb impression on ink pad and scanning the same is strictly not allowed)
- Register Thumbprint of faculty of engineering college, pharmacy college, MCA college, Hotel Management college
- Biometric Scanner for AICTE requirement, upload scanned image
- Biometric right / left thumb image from a biometric machine of such newly appointed faculty.
- Details of administrative and support staff appointed for new intake with Biometrics and photographs.
